Remove the pouch from the cover. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat in intervals of 30 seconds.* DO NOT HEAT THE COVER. DO NOT EXCEED 1 MINUTE OF TOTAL HEATING TIME PER SESSION. Before reheating, wait 10 minutes.
