Use this general US size guide for TruBeauty apparel. The waist ranges are approximate body measurements, not measurements of a garment laid flat or stretched. Fit can vary by style and fabric.

How to measure your waist
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of your torso. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug without pulling it tight. Compare that measurement with the guide above.
