Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us which is why we have a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee, to give you confidence in your purchase. We understand that everyone has different preferences, no matter the reason for the return, you will be given 30 days to return the product from the receipt date. 

**All returns on makeup products must be in new condition and unused.

To make a return, simply email us at: customerservice@lprodusa.com. Write an explanation of what is being returned and one of our customer service representatives will get back to you with further instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued 2-5 days after receiving the returned items. The funds will be issued to your original method of payment.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to us. If you would like us to send you a shipping label, the label will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs can vary based on where the package is being shipped as well as the total weight of the package. After adding items to the cart and proceeding to check out, you will be able to apply the shipping address to determine the shipping cost.
