  • The product warranty varies from product to product. Regardless, we want to make sure you are fully satisfied and taken care of. Please contact us directly in regards to the warranty of your product.

Ordering

  • You can pay with any debit or credit card or through a PayPal account.

  • By making an account, your previous orders can be saved for future reference. You can also receive faster checkout by simply typing in your account information.

  • our credit card or PayPal account will be charged once your order has been processed.

Shipping

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on product size and weight. Due to inflation, we have received increased shipping rates from our carriers. Lifestyle Products will do our part to keep shipping costs reasonable.

  • Please expect 2-3 business days for your order to ship.

  • 2-3 days is expected to prepare and ship your order. Standard delivery can take 6-10 business days.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment email confirming your order number. You can use this number to track your purchase.

Returns

  • Your satisfaction is very important to us which is why we have a 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee, to give you confidence in your purchase. We understand that everyone has different preferences, no matter the reason for the return, you will be given 30 days to return the product from the receipt date. 

    The customer is responsible for the shipping costs back to us. If you would like us to send you a shipping label, the label will be deducted from your refund amount.

    *All returns on makeup products must be in new condition and unused.

    *Clearance items are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • You can expect your refund once we have received the returned item. We will assess the return and process your refund within 2-5 days.

    The funds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on shipping* time, this process can take around 10 business days.
